KHK (Kleines Harfenkonzert)

KHK (Kleines Harfenkonzert) is included in a compositions cycle thought for a soloist instrument and small orchestral ensemble. Unlike KCK (Kleines Cellokonzert) that emphasizes the soloist’s virtuosity, in this work the harp introduces itself more gracefully, working together with the orchestra to carry out an harmonious dialogue contradicted only by a brief solo before the final section. Considering other aspects, the piece winks, not so hiddenly, at aesthetic nuclei and thematic-symbolic cells already present in other my compositions; this behaviour is used just to mould a concept of macroform, dilated and assembled with the continous – even if marginal – composing. In this perspective single compositions, even if respectful to their own structural rigour, are nothing but partial and decontextualized proposals of a wider breath that needs a vigilant reflection to organize the different components, leaving and foreseeing margins of settlement for the work to come.

KHK (Kleines Harfenkonzert)

KHK (Kleines Harfenkonzert) si inserisce in un ciclo in fieri di composizioni pensate per uno strumento solista e organico orchestrale di piccole dimensioni. Nel presente lavoro, a differenza di KCK (Kleines Cellokonzert) che pone la sua attenzione nella vera e propria performance virtuosistica del solista, la presenza dell’arpa si inserisce in maniera più garbata, contribuendo a realizzare con l’orchestra un dialogo di natura concertante contraddetto solo da un breve assolo che precede la coda finale. Per altri aspetti il brano ammicca, in maniera non troppo nascosta, a nuclei estetici e cellule tematico-simboliche presenti in altre mie composizioni al fine di plasmare un concetto dilatato di macroforma, assemblato attraverso l’opera continua - ancorché marginale - del comporre. In tale prospettiva le singole opere, pur nel rispetto di un proprio rigore strutturale, non sono altro che proposte parziali e decontestualizzate di un respiro più ampio che necessita di una vigile riflessione nell’organizzare le varie componenti, lasciando e prevedendo margini di assestamento per il lavoro futuro.
